This beautiful two-bedroom cottage is located out along the Leopards Hill Road. It sits on the owner's large property and has its own fenced off little garden area and private entrance with an electric motorized gate. The house consists of a lovely little outdoor seating area which goes into a large room that is used as a lounge area and workplace. Then there is a dining room and kitchen which then has a small laundry room off of it with a back door. From the dining area there is access to a front door and a passage that leads to a guest bathroom and the two bedrooms, one being a guest bedroom and the other being the master ensuite. The kitchen has a newly installed gas stove and oven for the clients use with them taking care/responsibility of refilling the gas bottle(s). There are also two air conditioners one located in the lounge and the other in the master bedroom. The garden is cared for by the landlords and the gardeners will also collect the rubbish and take it to the point for collection from the property.
